Interpreters for international conference
Requirements:
- Interpreting of specialist presentations in German, English, Dutch, Czech, French and Polish
- Simultaneous interpreting (two interpreters per language)

- Less work for the event agency in question

Tasks:
- Booking, from within our network, of 10 colleagues with specialist/industry expertise, the ability to work well with the team, and availability on those days (time required: 3 hrs)
- Contracts with all interpreters (in-house); a single point of contact (external) for the contractor (time required: 1.5 hrs)
- Team travel and accommodation arrangements, contingency planning (time required: 2 hrs)
- Request for speeches and PowerPoint presentations, documentation management according to language, requests for clarification grouped and quickly incorporated (time required: 4.5 hrs)
- Preparation of contract-specific team terminology (6 hrs)
- Professional interpretation of meeting (2 days)
- Follow-up, invoicing (10 internal invoices, only one external invoice), glossary management, feedback (2.5 hrs)
